The Shearwater Sea Kayak Rotationally moulded from polyethylene, the Shearwater's one piece shell is extremely durable and will give years of maintenance free service. The Shearwater is the ultimate kayak for speed and stability. Its low profile and flared bow enables it to handle extremely well in rough or windy conditions. Also note, the Shearwater would have to have the most comfortable seat in any sea kayak.. The Shearwater is fitted with OZO fixed footrests with hinged toe flaps, giving you a large angle of movement for quicker turning and solid support for bracing in surf or rough conditions. Heat sealed foam bulkheads fore and aft provide buoyancy, sealed storage and structural integrity. (mode with pod cockpit also available)
